I grew up in the Yorkshire Dales and for 20 years call Zürich, Seefeld home. I live together with my husband, Peter, and 2 dogs Ruby and Willow in an apartment facing the Patumbah Park. Patumbah in Indonesian means “a place I like to be” and this quiet green oasis right in the city has simply become “my” place to be!
Pilates has been a way of life for me for over 8 years. Since my very first private lesson it was love at first sight. And I realise I’m not alone with this feeling as I observe many of my clients experiencing something similar.
My life philosophy is to make my days a succession of joyful moments. Pilates is my community, gives me strength and is a source of energy. Through its playfulness it’s been a joyful companion and when life has not quite gone my way, helped me have faith in my body again.
I hope you too can find my passion for Pilates contagious and by opening my doors to you I hope my place to be can become also your place to be!
